A Steady Presence in Times of Change
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported — especially during the seasons of life that feel uncertain or overwhelming.
It is truly an honour when someone trusts me with their story.
How I work
My approach is grounded and practical. I balance empathy with logic, offering space for emotion while also helping you make sense of what’s happening.
In our work together, you can expect:
A non-judgmental and confidential space
Honest, thoughtful conversation
Emotional validation
Guidance and perspective
Practical tools you can use outside of sessions
I don’t believe therapy needs to feel clinical or intimidating. It should feel human, steady, and safe.

Get to Know Me
Community has always been an important part of my life. Over the years, I’ve volunteered with different organizations around the Greater Vancouver area, supporting individuals and families at all stages of life.
Family is a big part of who I am. Be a mother has shaped me in so many ways and continues to influence the care and understanding I bring into my work.
Outside of my practice, I love spending time in nature around BC. In the summer, you’ll usually find me near the lakes and water, and in the winter, I’m drawn to the snowy mountains. I really appreciate what each season brings — something a little different, exciting and yet predictably new.
