Support for Everyday Challenges, Life’s Transitions & Traumas
I work with teens and adults to navigate anxiety, trauma, depressive symptoms, life changes, ADHD, grief, and moments when life feels overwhelming. My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, understood, and supported, and to give you tools so you can thrive.
Individual Counselling
A Safe, Grounded Space for You
In individual sessions, we focus on:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions
ADHD and neurodivergence
Grief and loss
Situational trauma — whether recent or long-held. If it has impacted you deeply, it is valid
Family dynamics, boundaries, and conflict
Midlife transitions and young adult challenges
Each session is confidential, non-judgmental, and tailored to your needs.
EMDR
Evidence-Based Tools to Move Forward
I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps the brain and body process distressing or overwhelming life experiences so they feel less “stuck” over time.
This can include:
Car accidents or medical trauma
Grief and sudden loss
Personal trauma — even if it doesn’t feel “big enough,” it still matters
Negative self-beliefs rooted in past experiences or relationships
EMDR works by helping your nervous system reprocess experiences that may still feel emotionally charged, so they become less overwhelming and easier to carry.
This process is collaborative and paced at a speed that feels safe for you.
If you’re curious about whether EMDR might be a good fit for you, we can talk about it in a consultation.
ADHD & Neurodivergence Support
Practical Guidance for Everyday Life
I also support individuals navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, whether for yourself or within your family. Together, we’ll:
Identify challenges and patterns
Develop practical strategies
Build clarity, focus, and confidence
Each session is confidential, non-judgmental, and tailored to your needs.
